Andy & Deb White
Senior Pastor
​Pastor Andy is the Senior Pastor of Faith Family Church. He spent 11 years in the USAF as a pilot and separated in 1988 to attend Rhema Bible Training Center in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. He served six years on the pastoral staff of Rhema Bible Church before moving to Chandler to pioneer Faith Family Church in 1994.
Debra served on the campaign of a U.S. presidential candidate as well as the Executive Assistant to the CEO of a billion dollar company. She also served in a multitude of ministries and caring positions within the local church. She is the Executive Director for Life Christian Preschool and Childcare, and Director of Operations for Faith Family Church Ministries.
They have a deep love for the Lord, for each other and for their children.
David Doty
Executive Pastor
David is a 2016 graduate of Rhema Bible Training College and a member of Rhema Ministerial Association International. At 16 years old, David dedicated his life to God after having a revelation of God's love at a youth camp led by Faith Family Church. Since 2010, David has served in and built many of the groups of FFC including youth, children, young adults, men, and worship ministries.

David and his wife Madison have been married since 2019. Together, they serve in many areas of FFC raising up disciples of Jesus Christ.
Sue Burgess
Associate Pastor
Sue Burgess has over 31 years of ministry experience. Her experience includes many aspects of ministry including evangelism, pastoral care and counseling, plus preaching and teaching. Sue’s passion for Jesus Christ shows through in everything she says and does. She is continually yielded to the Holy Spirit. Sue is the author of the book Fruit of the Spirit. Breath of Life Ministry says, the book “is an in-depth study of the work of the Holy Spirit as He grows the very essence of His character within the child of God.” Her titles include “Discover Your Gift”, “The Fruit of the Spirit”, “The Completed Work of Calvary” and “Motivational Gifts.”
Bryan Zulker
Facilities/Project Manager
Bryan brings over 14 years of experience in church staff roles and a solid background in the production industry to the table. His journey began in high school, where he rolled up his sleeves as a handyman, gaining hands-on expertise in carpentry, electrical work, plumbing, and irrigation. Transitioning seamlessly into project management and directing AV operations at large resorts, Bryan has showcased his versatility and dedication. Beyond the professional sphere, he enjoys outdoor pursuits like camping, hiking, and shooting.
A proud father of four and happily married to Rebekah since 2005, Bryan embodies a harmonious blend of practical skills and family commitment.
Samantha Hurt
Marketing
Samantha accepted Christ as her Savior at the age of five and has faithfully served on worship teams, led Bible studies, and volunteered in her church. She brings over six years of marketing experience, including five years of part-time work overseeing all marketing for Life Christian Preschool – Childcare, and has worked with a variety of brands, companies, and entrepreneurs.
In 2025, Samantha felt a clear calling to bring her skills to Faith Family Church and joined the staff full-time in October. Samantha and her husband were married in 2024.
