Pastors Andy & JoAnn White
Pastor Andy White is the Senior Pastor at Faith Family Church.

He is a 1977 honors graduate of Norwich University with a degree in Civil Engineering. Following graduation, Pastors Andy and JoAnn were married and moved to Arizona for pilot training. He graduated from the USAF pilot training at Williams AFB in 1979 and served as a pilot in both jets and helicopters for 11 years. In 1983 Pastor Andy was saved while stationed in Turkey.

Pastor JoAnn was led to The Lord through Campus Crusade For Christ on a beach in Florida in 1969. Following High School, she entered the work force and was employed by several corporations before dedicating her time to raising her children. Pastor JoAnn is the Administrator at the church.

Both Pastors Andy and JoAnn were filled with the Holy Spirit in 1984 in Alabama before traveling to Germany for four years. During their time in Germany they had their first son, Matt, and it was there that Pastor Andy was called to full-time ministry.

In 1988 the Whites left the military to attend RHEMA Bible Training Center in Broken Arrow, OK. In 1991, both of them graduated and were asked to serve on the pastoral staff of RHEMA Bible Church, overseeing the Children's Ministry. While on staff at RHEMA they had their second son, Joseph. They are licensed and ordained through the RHEMA Ministerial Association International.

In 1994 they moved back to Arizona to pioneer a new work - Faith Family Church. Pastors Andy and JoAnn reside in Chandler and have two sons, Matt and Joseph.

Pastor Don & Christina Priest
Pastor Don is an Assistant Pastor at Faith Family Church.

Pastor Don was saved in 1982 and filled with the Holy Spirit in 1990. He was called into ministry at the age of 12. In 1995 he graduated from Rhema Bible Training Center, and is licensed and ordained through R.M.A.I.(Rhema Ministerial Association International). Following graduation from Rhema, Pastor Don moved to Chandler . Pastor Don is over Adult Christian Education, Synergy (Young Adults Ministry), Marriage and Family Ministries, Pastoral Care, and The Prayer Ministry.

Christina was saved on Christmas Eve, 1985 and was spirit-filled on Pentecost Sunday, 1986. She was called into ministry at the age of 15. She has her Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Alma College, Alma MI and she graduated in 1994. Christina assists Pastor Don and works closely with staff in a variety of areas.

In September of 1996, Pastor Don and Christina were married at which point Christina joined him in Arizona. In March of 2009, Pastor Don and Christina welcomed a new edition to their home, Isaac John.

Pastor David & Charity Robinson

Pastor David and Charity are the Youth Pastors at Faith Family Church (FFC).

Pastor David was raised in a Christian home. He was saved in 1988 and filled with the Holy Spirit in 1993. After moving to AZ from Washington, His family started attending FFC in March 1998 when he was 13 and they've been here since. He was called into ministry at the age of 14. He graduated from Domata School of Missions in 2002 and Rhema Bible Training Center (RBTC) in 2006, specializing in Evangelism. Pastor David is the Music Minister and also the web and graphic designer for FFC. His passion for God and his desire to see others encounter God create the fuel for dynamic ministry.

Charity was born and raised in a Christian home in New Orleans, Louisiana. Her father was a pastor for 17 years, and he led her to the Lord in 1982 when she was only 3 years old. She served in her dad's church in nursery, children's, and youth ministry, and also on the worship team for several years. Charity was called into ministry at the age of 14. She went on 8 overseas mission trips between the years of 1997 and 2003. She graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Elementary Education from the University of New Orleans, and from there attended Rhema Bible Training Center and graduated in 2007. Charity moved to AZ right after Bible School and married the love of her life, David. She thrives on ministering to the youth of FFC and helping lead people into the presence of God through worship. She thoroughly enjoys spending time with David, singing, eating chips, loving people, and serving God with her life.

Pastor David & Charity met at RBTC in 2005 and were married June 30, 2007. They are committed to inspiring this and the next generation to live passionately for God in today and forever.

Michelle Robinson
Michelle Robinson is our Member Services Director at Faith Family Church. Michelle helps others "get connected" at FFC through membership, volunteering and small groups.

Michelle became born-again, spirit filled and married her husband Steve in 1980. They attended Bible School for two years at Clark Fork City Church in Missoula, Montana. Michelle and Steve have previous ministry experience as elders and assisted with three church planting teams between 1983 and 1994. They joined up with Faith Family Church in 1998 and reside in Mesa. They have two grown children.

Joanne Sweeney

Joanne Sweeney is our Success Center Executive Director. Joanne was one of the founders of opening SuccessCenter North over 7 years ago. It was a great challenge with many blessings. Joanne and her husband have been married for 29 years and have 3 children. They are also raising 3 of Joanne's nephews and niece. Their house is always filled with activity.

Joanne has grown in her knowledge and education as she has worked at the SuccessCenter. She feels like she has always worked with children and her heart is that every child that comes through those doors will know that they are loved by God and they are important. Joanne believes learning should be fun and that when a child feels safe and secure they will learn naturally. Every child has a purpose and hidden treasures. As an educator it is Joanne's job to find those hidden treasures in each child God has created.

Janet Broer
Janet is the Church Secretary and Pastoral Administrative Assistant at Faith Family Church.

Janet was born and raised in South Dakota, and met and married her husband, Gary in August 1974. Janet was born again in January 1978, and received the baptism of the Holy Spirit in August 1981. Gary was born again and Spirit filled in November 1981. Janet and Gary were active in music ministry and leadership in their church for 22 years.

In June 2004, Janet and her husband, Gary, followed the Lord's direction and moved to the Valley to become a part of Faith Family Church. Janet is involved in many areas as the Church Secretary and Pastor Administrative Assistant. Gary is currently involved in Facilities Management and the Men's Ministry.

Janet has over two decades of experience working as an executive assistant, bookkeeper and office manager for various employers. Janet and Gary reside in Chandler, with their oldest daughter, Jennifer, and their grandson, Joshua. Their youngest daughter, Sarah, resides in Montana with her husband and son.

Amie Cardona
Amie Cardona is the Receptionist / Secretary at Faith Family Church.

Amie was raised in Washington State and moved to Oregon when she met and married her husband, Ron in September 1983. Amie was born again and baptized with the Holy Spirit in October of 1991. Amie was very active in her church serving in woman's ministry, hospitality and children's ministry for 10+ years. She also served on the worship team while living in Michigan.

Amie has worked as a medical secretary & Administrative Assistant for 25 years. While living in South Dakota, she managed a Christian bookstore and coffee shop, "The Vineyard & Solid Grounds", for 4 years. Ron and Amie moved to Arizona 2 years ago.
